Give-a-Book Program
The Flower Mound Public Library offers a unique way to honor or memorialize a special person through a donation to the Library.
By making a donation for library materials to be purchased, you may honor the memory of a loved one or pay tribute to a special person. Books and other library materials are a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, say thank you or congratulations, or honor a special teacher, coach, relative, or caregiver. Also, a library donation can honor the memory of loved ones and serve as lasting tributes that enrich the community.
Your donation will enable the library to purchase special materials that we could not otherwise afford and that will provide hours of enjoyment for members of the community. A bookplate commemorating the individual you have chosen to honor will be placed in the item(s). A letter acknowledging your gift will be sent to the individual or to their family.
To initiate a donation please print the donation form, complete the information and return it with your check made payable to the Flower Mound Public Library. The donation amount must be $25 per item requested. To specify the purchase of a particular title or titles, please call the library for a current list of needed materials. For adult materials, call 972.874.6152. For children’s materials, call 972.874.6153.
